Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a production area during day shifts, helping your team work safely, efficiently, and to target.

Maintain strong standards of Health & Safety, hygiene, and compliance across your area.

Monitor raw material usage to improve yield and minimise waste.

Use production data to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Report and escalate maintenance or repair needs to ensure equipment and facilities remain in good working order.

Contribute to team development through coaching, training, and day-to-day performance support.

Ensure accurate product and packaging traceability in line with technical and regulatory standards.
