What You’ll Do
Lead and support a team of two, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding performance.
Manage order processing and stock control for all UK and EU accounts.
Analyse and summarise key product sales, producing weekly and ad-hoc reports for senior management.
Work closely with Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams to balance stock efficiency and customer demand.
Track stock arrivals and communicate updates across departments and to customers.
Review daily stock and shelf-life reports, ensuring data accuracy and proactive issue management.
Approve service provider invoices and maintain cost records for commercial reporting.
