Hygiene Operative - Night Shift

About The Role
We are recruiting for a Hygiene Operative at our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This is a permanent, weekly-paid position, providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (19:00 - 07:30).

Hourly Rate: £14.90 (paid weekly).

As an AMFRESH Hygiene Operative, you will:

Ensure all cleaning jobs on the record sheet are carried out on time.

Support and assist in maintaining the required hygiene standards.

Put all cleaning materials back in the cleaning cupboard.

Wipe down and deep clean our production lines.

Clean our facilities such as offices, canteen, and toilets.

Respond to any immediate cleaning jobs.
About You
To be a successful Hygiene Operative, the qualities we are looking for are:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills.

Capable of working independently and completing tasks efficiently.

Experience in food manufacturing.
