About The Role
We’re currently seeking a dynamic and driven Senior FP&A Manager to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a critical role supporting key financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes that underpin strategic decision-making across the business.
As Senior FP&A Manager, you will:

Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts.

Own and deliver the monthly executive reporting pack (SLT/ELT level).

Take full ownership of gross margin-related balance sheet reconciliations.

Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles.

Deliver forward-looking financial analysis and insights that drive commercial performance.

Partner with senior stakeholders to translate financial data into strategic action, helping to improve margins and business performance.

Promote a culture of integrity, ethical standards, and food safety throughout your work.
About You
Essential:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Proven experience in FP&A roles, with a strong focus on gross margin and commercial analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a forward-thinking mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience across all levels of the business.
Desirable:
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or fresh produce environments.
