Line Leader - Nights - £1000 Joining Bonus!

• Full-time & 6 month fixed-term contract
• 46 hours guaranteed per week
• £15.50 per hour
• Potential to go permanent
• Working Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday nights
• We are offering a £1000 joining bonus for this role (subject to attendance and retention) 

• Experience leading a team and able to motivate them hit targets. 
• Prove track record of hitting service level targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to alter your style depending on your audience or team member.
• Be able to work in a KPI-driven environment and have experience working to KPIs or targets.
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Continuously strive for excellence, empower, and motivate your team to work collaboratively.
• Experience in either fresh produce, food, FMCG, or manufacturing environments is desirable but not essential.
• Experience within a fresh produce environment is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and note taking.
• Ability to act quickly, make fast decisions, and adapt to multiple situations.
• An awareness of the production lifecycle.
