About the Role:

Shift Start Time: 17:45

Shift End Time: 06:15

Shift Pattern: Sunday - Wednesday OR Tuesday - Friday

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Pay Per Hour: £15.50

Life as an AMFRESH Line Leader:
You will drive production lines to fulfil daily customer orders in the most cost-effective way.

You will ensure products on your line are produced and packaged safely.

You will motivate and develop your team to achieve daily targets and provide feedback when required.

You will liaise with our Quality and Technical teams to ensure all quality specifications are met and maintained.

You will advocate for best Health and Safety standards and report any hazards where appropriate.

You will manage a team of General Operatives to follow correct line standards throughout your shift.

You will help train new starters such as Junior Line Leaders.

You will complete daily administrative tasks, understand your targets, and report any concerns to your manager.

About You
- Previous line leading experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely results.
- Demonstrative experience to adapt to environments and make quick decisions, such as responding appropriately to solve problems.
- Continuously strive for excellence, empower, and motivate your team to work collaboratively.
- An awareness of the Production life cycle or willingness to learn.
