Line Leader - Day Shift

• Full-time and permanent
• Shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off
• Shift Times: 07:00 - 19:30
• Hours per week: 42
• Pay per hour: £13.20

• You will oversee and manage one of our production lines in grape, loose, or citrus.
• You will complete daily reports to monitor the line's performance and targets met.
• You will familarise yourself with KPIs (key performance indicators) and suggest alternative ways to hit targets.
• You will be responsible for your General Operatives and ensure all PPE is worn correctly.
• You will complete hourly administrative duties.
• You will work alongside a Machine Operative to discuss the line's speed and capacity to go quicker.
• You will train new starters.

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar environment.
