As a Warehouse Administrator your key responsibilities will be:
- Driver Coordination: Book in drivers, allocate them to the appropriate bays, and ensure smooth vehicle flow in the warehouse.
- Loading & Unloading Management: Ensure all outbound loads are loaded on time, monitor unloading of incoming stock, and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Tracker & System Updates: Update outbound / inbound shipment trackers regularly, keeping records accurate and up to date in the system.
- Record Keeping & Data Entry: Maintain and update various spreadsheets, logs, and databases, ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates to managers and team leads regarding operational performance, potential issues, and stock levels, ensuring decision-makers are well-informed.
- Inventory Management & Planning: Conduct regular pallet counts to ensure inventory levels match the schedule; oversee stock placement to ensure future loads are accurately planned and balanced.
