Engineering CMMS / Stores Lead

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering CMMS / Stores Lead for our Alconbury site! We are looking for a passionate and driven engineering professional who has experience working with computerised maintenance management systems.

• Plan, prepare, and coordinate maintenance tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Facilities teams to optimize maintenance strategies, maximize equipment availability, and support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Use CMMS tools to deliver effective maintenance planning, reporting, and cost transparency to support site reliability and management decisions.

• Oversee critical engineering stores activities, ensuring parts availability through direct action or 3rd party management.

• Engineering Planning experience within a FMCG / food manufacturing company.
• Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Engineering Department.
• Able to demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, problem solving and organising skills.
• Able to show strong communication skills as well as working collaboratively and showing passion and enthusiasm.
• Relevant experience planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities either as a hands-on engineer or as a maintenance planner.
• Experience with CMMS software/Microsoft office packages.
