Line Leader - Day Shift

Full-time, and weekly paid!

42 hours per week (07:00 - 19:30) 

£13.20 per hour

• You will support our Production Operatives and Machine Operative to hit targets.
• You will suggest more efficient ways of running the line to maximse its potential.
• You will complete daily logs, report, trace and complete administrative tasks.
• You will work with the Machine Operative to increase the line speed and usage.
• You will account for who is working on your lines.
• You will report any discrepancies to your Shift Manager promptly.

• Exceptional attention to detail and note taking. 
• Strong ability to complete administrative duties and be aware KPIs.
• Ability to act quickly, make fast decisions, and adapt to multiple situations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Demonstrative leadership experience in either food or FMCG environments.
• An awareness of the Production lifecycle or willingness to learn.
