D365 F&O SCM Business Support Partner

With Microsoft Dynamics 365 now fully implemented across our UK business and embedded in our day-to-day processes, we are looking for a D365 F&O SCM Business Support Partner to help us get even more from the system.

This is a hands-on business partnering role, working closely with Logistics, Production, Quality, Warehousing and Planning. You will take time to understand how teams work, investigate challenges and turn opportunities into practical improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen processes and extend use of the system.

Taking functional ownership across key Supply Chain areas—including Production Control, Quality Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Master Planning and Product Information Management—your responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside operational teams to understand their needs and translate these into effective system solutions.
• Taking ownership of problems, investigating their causes and driving solutions through to completion.
• Identifying and delivering opportunities to simplify, automate and improve supply chain processes.
• Helping colleagues build their knowledge and confidence in D365, supporting consistent and effective use.
• Working with ERP/IT colleagues, external partners and vendors to deliver enhancements, testing, releases and the wider ERP roadmap.
• Maintaining strong data quality, reporting, traceability and governance as processes and systems develop.
• Success in this role means continuing to build a strong, robust system that supports our teams today and is ready for the future growth of the business.
• The role combines on-site working with an agreed working-from-home split, with regular time on site to build relationships and work closely with operational teams.

We are looking for a practical problem solver who enjoys working with people and takes ownership of getting things done. You will be comfortable moving between operational conversations and system detail, challenging existing ways of working and seeing improvements through from investigation to delivery.

You will bring:

• Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management.
• A good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Production, Quality, Logistics, Inventory and Warehousing.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical ERP solutions and delivering system or process improvements.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and explain system processes clearly.
• A proactive approach to investigating issues, learning how the business operates and finding workable solutions.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with an eye for opportunities to increase efficiency and automate processes.

Experience in fresh produce or food manufacturing would be beneficial, but is not essential.
