About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Head of Strategy and Projects to work closely with our Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.

This is a broad and highly visible role, combining strategic project delivery, business performance and leadership support. You will help ensure key priorities move forward at pace, bringing structure, challenge and follow-through across the business.

We are looking for someone who can join us by the end of September and are open to a permanent appointment, fixed-term contract or interim contracts.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading the governance and delivery of key strategic projects, ensuring clear ownership and progress against agreed plans.

Challenging functional owners on actions, risks and delivery across areas including People, Finance, IT and Compliance.

Supporting the Managing Director with key communications, presentations and priority business activity.

Tracking business performance and carrying out deeper analysis where required.

Coordinating Senior Leadership Team meetings and business performance reviews.

Tracking key actions and decisions, ensuring they are clearly communicated and progressed.
About You
We are looking for someone who is structured, energetic and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

You will ideally have:
- Strong experience delivering strategic, transformation or change projects.
- Excellent project governance and programme management skills.
- The confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience of a major change programme, such as an acquisition, integration, systems implementation or wider business transformation.
Experience gained within management consulting would be advantageous, although we are equally interested in candidates with strong in-house strategic projects or transformation experience.

Above all, you will be someone who takes ownership and ensures important projects and actions are driven through to completion.
