We’re looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to take ownership of a key UK retail account, leading the commercial strategy across citrus, grapes and wider fresh produce categories.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll be accountable for overall account performance. Owning the P&L, leading customer engagement and ensuring delivery against sales, margin and service targets. You’ll operate as the commercial lead for the account, building strong relationships with stakeholders while driving alignment internally across supply chain, technical and operational teams.
Alongside day-to-day delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping category direction. Using insight, planning and forecasting to support performance, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, drive innovation and support longer-term growth.
