Packaging Supervisor - Day Shift

• Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (07:00 – 16:00)
• Hourly Rate: £15.40 (paid weekly)

This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

Life as an AMFRESH Packaging Supervisor:

• You will manage inventory and monitor stock levels.
• You will optimise warehouse efficiency and prevent shortages.
• You will audit, stage, and issue materials using FIFO.
• You will maintain version control and prep for line changeovers.
• You will ensure compliance with labels, barcodes, and allergens.
• You will oversee material quality and handle non-conformances.
• You will supervise staff and promote safe, efficient operations.
• You will collaborate with teams and suppliers to resolve issues.

• Packaging or warehouse experience in food/FMCG, high-SKU handling
• Skilled in inventory control, analysis, attention to detail, communication
• Certifications in Food Safety, HACCP, IOSH, leadership training, supply chain certification such as (CIPS/IoSCM).
