Operations Allocator (Maternity Cover - 12 months)

About The Role
** Working pattern includes weekends. Every second weekend working, additional payments are paid for weekend working**

To oversee all areas related to Operations– this is relevant only to products which have been assigned to you.
- An Element of Customer and supplier facing, providing both parties with efficient and professional service ensuring KPIs are achieved.
- Protect AMT FRESH financial interest in AMT FRESH Allocations and service provision participation – ensure we are working as efficiently as possible.
- Oversee and manage product accounts that are assigned to you
Operations.

Delivery of AMK FRESH Services expectations on information required and keeping to the deadlines set for booking of operational services.

Ensure KPIs or targets given by customer are achieved in relation to your area.

Provide Feedback and reports as required in relation to your area.

Customers and Suppliers.

Support the Operations Manager in providing Feedback and reports as required

Look to assist in the resolution of All Operational issues as and when required to ensure that the customer / supplier is not put into a supply critical position.

Support the Operations Manager in working with AMK FRESH Services. Look to develop this relationship and assist in providing information to back up queries.

Financial Obligations

Maintain AMT’s financial interests in prioritising local collections and reducing cost wherever possible

Working with financial gains / cost reduction as a key priority.

Ensure that all Special vehicles are recharged against the correct entity. Ensure that records are kept in the case of any queries.

Support the Operations Manager with any projects around the financial success of the department / company.

Maintain and process a contingency approach if required and provide management with details if and when required that “out of norm” procedures.

Ensure that all incoming invoices for operational work are checked and signed of being correct and justified
About You
- Previous experience in administrative or similar role is essential
- High attention to detail, with strong organisational skills
