Production Line Leader - Mon - Thurs Nights

Permanent, full-time, and weekly paid!

46 hours per week

Monday - Thursday Nights (19:00 - 07:30)

£15.05 per hour

Are you a motivated individual who can encourage a team and lead by example? Do you thrive working in fast-paced environments and are able to adapt to multiple changes? Are you determined to smash targets and find alternative and more efficient ways to manage? 

• You will look after 25+ Production Operatives and motivate them to continue smashing targets.
• You will work closely with our Production Admins to monitor the line and trace stock on our new and efficent system.
• You will spot check your line by advocating for best food hygiene standards, ensure all PPE is worn correctly, and escalate any non-compliance to your Shift Manager.
• You will liaise with the Machine Operatives the speed of the line and ensure any breakdowns are reported promptly.
• You will complete adminstrative duties to keep on top of what needs doing and find creative ways to improve efficency.
• You will account for who is working on you lines by ensuring they sign in and out at the start and end of the shift.

• Exceptional attention to detail and note taking.

• Demonstrative leadership experience in either food or FMCG environments.
