We are looking for an MHE Trainer at our Alconbury site in Cambridgeshire to join our Warehousing team.
You will be responsible for delivering all MHE training at the site from PPT to Reach Truck, ensuring full compliance with Training Body standards. Working very closely with Warehouse Managers, you will plan and carry out agreed training plans for new starters and existing colleagues. This includes MHE training, and compliance training against company SOP's.
You will need to keep accurate records of all training completed on our in house LMS and support with audits where required to provide this information.
Keeping a positive approach at all times, you will give guidance and support to Warehouse colleagues and embed yourself into their teams to contribute to successful delivery of our products to customers!
This role will provide support across the shifts working both daylight and twilight hours. Occasional nights and weekend work may be required to ensure training is consistent throughout all shifts.
