About The Role

You will be an integral part of the AMT Commercial team, processing orders to ensure product is delivered to depot on time and in full. This will require working in a fast-paced environment and you must be willing to take on responsibility for systems being accurately updated and monitored.

It is a great opportunity for someone to develop their skills and experience in the fresh produce industry, with a focus on systems and communication.

  • Processing daily orders for Tesco, using internal and Tesco systems
  • Updating and maintaining systems with regards to orders, prices, forecasts, stock codes, and direct delivery bookings to help ensure smooth delivery of product into depot
  • Process daily orders for Tesco
  • Produce and circulate daily sales reports
  • Maintain ERP system, ensuring routine updates are completed as well as one off set up of accounts and stock codes
  • Update cost prices in internal and Tesco systems
  • Book ASNs for direct deliveries
  • Process information required for collection of rejected stock from Tesco depots
Hours: 40 per week. 5am-2pm plus 1 in 3 weekend cover. 

About You

  • Data processing experience, using various systems or knowledge of ERP systems
  • Microsoft Office (Excel skills are essential)
  • Ability to improve and streamline systems and processes
  • Good level of  written and spoken English
  • IT Literate
