4 on, 4 off shift pattern

£11.59 per hour

As a Baler Yard Operative at AMFRESH, you will:

Operate and ensure the smooth running of our baler, promptly reporting any machine faults.
Make sure the movement and handling of cardboard and general waste is being done in a timely matter
Maintain a well-organize yard, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness in line with site hygiene requirements
Support the yard team and other departments to ensure a safe and clean environment

About You

What we expect of you:

Previous experience operating balers or similar machinery.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
