Machine Operative - Days

Permanent, full-time, and weekly paid!

42 hours per week

4 on, 4 off day shift pattern (07:00 - 19:30)

• You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of your production line, where you can liaise with your line leader to adjust the speed or better ways to improve efficiency. 
• You will look after the machine to ensure faults are reported promptly, the correct information is going onto the packaging and in the correct way.
• You will also complete changeovers where you will add new materials to the machine to ensure Production is not delayed, encourage Production Operatives to follow best working practices, and report any issues to managers.
• You will champion for best working practices, advocate for the freshness of our Products by identifying the high quality of the products we supply to our customers daily.
• You will set exemplary health and safety standards by maintaining a clean and safe environment during your shift which can be confidentially handed over to the next.
• You will complete regular administrative reports and ensure all information is handed over correctly to the next shift taking over from you.
