About The Role

AM FRESH is searching for a talented Data Visualization Developer to be based in our facilities in Peterborough.

Support the implementation of end-to-end business processes and associated business systems to all AM FRESH facilities. This includes working with the business to identify user needs, document requirements and processes, training, support, change management and design of enhancements needed.

Building out and maintaining a suite of PowerBI applications providing the business with access to accurate, timely and actionable data and insights.
Optimising the PBI estate to minimise data duplication and impact on data warehouse due to load strain
Deliver a highly performant direct query environment allowing key business users direct access to detailed, granular data either by using PBI or Crystal Reports
Giving recommendations based on your data analysis.
Provide analytical support for new business initiatives
Solve open-ended questions with data and identify new opportunities for improvement.
Advocate the use of robust data and analysis in business decision making
Support the ongoing development of other members of the business analysts’ team through sharing best practice and newly developed analytical techniques
Respond to adhoc requests for analysis from business managers and other key stakeholders

About You

1-2 years of experience in creating presentations and lead meetings is required.
3-4 years of experience in significant software development experience, designing, developing and supporting intuitive reports, dashboards, and graphs using Azure Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Reporting Services, Azure Analysis Services, DAX Query Language , Excel Pivot, and Crystal Reports is required.
3-4 years relevant experience gathering requirements, interfacing with stakeholders, and supporting large Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse applications is required.
Experience developing metrics systems

Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related field is desirable
An additional degree that is preferred for this position includes: Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Visualization.
Microsoft Azure Power BI Certification is preferred
Extended D365 F&O experience is also preferred.
