Quality Controller- Nights

Quality and innovation is at the heart of everything we do here at AM FRESH.

The quality team is the absolute backbone of our structure and the first and last people to touch our product before we send out to our customer!

You will be working as part of a new project based at Turners in New Market, Soham. 

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you be responsible for the Quality auditing of fresh fruit and vegetables on intake and packing to ensure all products are to our customer & Internal specifications.

You will be involved in a range of duties including:

• Inspecting & assessing incoming raw material according to the intake procedures and document / report all findings
• Send supplier reports within the agreed time scales
• Identify ways to reduce claims from supply base & follow up on corrective action
• Undertake audits to improve site protocols & standards

We have a very experienced team within in our Quality department. To be considered you must be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
