About The Role

Purpose of the role:
  • Is to capture and collate all data regarding Inbound arrival from suppliers, and customer rejections, and various Quality management data systems.
  • QC data capture system to provide QC with data capturing support.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Check ECR against actual load to verify correct (Qty, Pallet label, BEL, stock code,) inform Senior QC.
  • Record pallet label, consignment, with stock code, check Qty Check box type and colour, Check supplier approved GGN PH approval. Verity, count……..etc
  • Take accurate pictures of pallet, BEL.
  • Any discrepancy informs Senior qc and warehouse Supervisor to correct before moving forward.
  • Ensure data is accurate, cross check and raise any discrepancies with QC.
  • Ensure tablet is uploaded daily at the end of each shift.
  • Enter onto tablet all traceability information.
  • Collect residue samples.
  • Sign on ECR paper form for any problems loads received.
  • Ensuring Rubicon, and Quality Profile system update on tablets.

About You

  • Knowledge of and understanding of quality control procedures.
  • Experience within a production environment.
  • Previous Technical/Quality Control administrative experience essential
  • Intermediate to advanced level use of Word and Excel essential
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation Skills
  • Excellent communication skills both one to one and in group sessions.
  • Effective time management, being able to effectively deal with workload.
  • Good numerical and literacy skills
  • Good accuracy & attention to detail
  • Good at meeting deadlines
  • Good planning & organisational skills
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make quick/correct decisions in difficult situations.
  • Being committed and prepared to see the job through to the end
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team and under your own initiative.
Essential Skills
  • IT Literate (Intermediate level in excel/word)
  • Spanish language would be advantageous
